#2 Patriot Labs 500
This workout has been posted on our social media platforms a few times but I wanted to post it here for more clarity for those wanting to get a serious pump! We created this workout in Iraq due to boredom and wanted to do something uncommon and serious. Give it a shot!
NOT FOR TIME
SETS OF 10-15, YOU PICK THE WEIGHTS!
- 100 Bench Press
- 100 Lat Pulldowns (cable machine)
- 100 Tricep Extensions
- 100 Bicep Curls
- 100 Ab exercises
*Complete all 100 reps of the bench press before moving on to lat pulldowns.
**Triceps extensions and biceps curls are supersets.
***Ab exercises are up to you.
